Illuminate Event Services
In 2016, Illuminate Event Services became an official business after several years of working, since 2009, with a sister company that catered to weddings and private events. Illuminate Event Services saw the demand for services that the sister company didn’t provide. This was an excellent opportunity to meet clients’ needs while simultaneously expanding clientele to corporations. Such services included: complete venue draping, up-lighting, custom gobo monograms, furniture and props, chandelier rentals, and dance floors. The business started as a family-based company, and every year of growth, we have gradually grown to a team of approximately twenty employees. Each teammate brings their expertise to the company; in this way, we have executed each
set-up seamlessly.
Our company has been fortunate enough to provide services to a variety of venues. What we enjoy most about working in this industry has to be facing new challenges when working with new venues. For example, some venues may have limited set-up time for draping and rental installation, and fulfilling the order before the deadline is rewarding. Another example is when a venue may not be equipped architecturally for the specific installations a client desires. In these cases, we love to be creative, collaborate with venues, ensure proper safety measures, and bring the client’s vision to life.
